Soaking in minerals is one of the oldest methods known to man, well known and understood to this day MagneSoak is a fast acting 100% natural sea mineral soak. The magnesium in this product has been extracted and double distilled from the Dead Sea in Israel and also contains valuable levels of Sulphur and Stronthium.
Add 250g to 1 litre of warm water and stand each foot in for 5 minutes.
FREESTEP RECOMMENDS
Apply grease/Vaseline to the heels if using daily.

Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate flakes. Pharmaceutical grade 47% MgC12 concentration double distilled and the winner of an Environment Guaranteed 17g magnesium in each 250g sachet.
